The most common form of packaging. The bale is 4.5Kg in weight. When hydrated, it gives a yield of 60 – 65 Liters of chips. Also, can be put in handle cut bag with custom label. 200bales goes into one pallet and for a 40HC, we can load 20 Pallets.
Coir pots are made out of coir fibers and is sprayed with natural rubber latex and is molded into different sizes. The coir pot is 100% bio degradable and you can simply plant it on the ground after some time. Its available in Square and round shape and in various different sizes. Also, packages in sleeves of 10-20 and is shrink wrapped with custom label.
The pot covers not only stops weed growing around the plant but also retains the moisture. Coir Fibers are first layered with a natural rubber latex and is heat rolled to make a sheet. This sheet is then cut into different sizes to meet customer requirement.
Two types of twine are available. Machine twisted and hand spun twine. Machine twisted twine contains an inner cotton thread and is much durable than hand spun twine. The diameter is 4mm-6mm and is two ply.
